istlook mobile application is owned and operated by NEVTEKÇİP TEKNOLOJİ MİKROELEKTRONİK YAZILIM ARAŞTIRMA GELİŞTİRME SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

1. Service Description

istlook is a mobile platform where users can digitally store their clothes, create outfits by season, weather, and occasion, receive suggestions, and engage socially.

2. Account Creation

• We may request username, email, gender, and profile details during sign-up.
• Users agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure.

3. Acceptable Use

• istlook is for personal use only.
• It is prohibited to share illegal, obscene, harmful, or discriminatory content.
• Any malicious behavior targeting other users is forbidden.

4. Community Rules & Moderation

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

All user-generated content, including comments and uploaded images, is subject to moderation. Flagged content or accounts will be reviewed promptly, and any inappropriate material will be removed by our admins within 24 hours.

Users can block other accounts they deem inappropriate.

5. User Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. We reserve the right to review, remove content, or suspend users when deemed necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the istlook platform belong to NEVTEKÇİP TEKNOLOJİ MİKROELEKTRONİK YAZILIM ARAŞTIRMA GELİŞTİRME SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, including logos, software, designs, and algorithms.

7. Account Deletion & Data Removal

Users may request deletion of their accounts and all data (including gender) by emailing support@istlook.com. Requests will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase, Supabase) for storage and analytics. Their own policies apply to their services.

9. Disclaimer

istlook does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from technical issues or access problems.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law & Venue

Turkish law applies. Courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction for disputes.

12. Subscription

• The app offers auto-renewing subscription plans, available on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
• If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription.
• A valid payment method is required to complete the purchase.
• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
